Our principal is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, with nearly 40 years of audit experience and 15 years leading RFP and vendor selection processes.
Over that period, our practice has evaluated more than 100 RFP cycles and hundreds of vendor proposals from the issuing organization's side of the table. We understand how evaluators read, where scoring weakness hides, and what gets a vendor eliminated before the finalist round.
We do not evaluate marketing strategy or creative expertise. Our discipline is the evaluator's perspective — compliance, completeness, clarity, and risk — applied to your proposal before it counts.
